Laundry Facilities
We have two laundry rooms onsite that are available 24/7 to residents.
- Washer time is 40 minutes, Dryer time is 60 minutes
- Cost is $2.00 per wash, $2.00 per dry

Clubhouse Rentals
Our clubhouse is available by reservation to residents. It features a kitchen, comfortable seating for 20-25 guests, and a pool table. There is also a ping pong table on the adjacent patio. Clubhouse rental is $50, with a deposit of $250. Hours of operation are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Children must be supervised and must remain inside clubhouse during events

Pool Hours
The pool is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Adults only swim time is 8:00-9:00 pm Monday – Friday and 10:00-11:00 am Saturday & Sunday. No Lifeguards on Duty. Children must have adult supervision
Fitness Center
Our fitness center is equipped with a weight machine, elliptical machine and treadmill. It is open 24/7 with keyed access. Residents must be 15 years or older to use fitness center
